If you purchase
a house directly from KHR for relocation, KHR (and not the owner)
becomes responsible for:-
- supplying
the house
- obtaining
the Rermit to Remove from the original site
- including
the Home Owners’ Warranty Insurance and Transit Ins.
in the cost
- including
the 3 sets Plans (floor & elevation) and Building Report
in the cost
- supplying
and installing a new Colorbond roof
- filling
in the chimney and hearth holes with weatherboards and flooring
- completing
the fascia and replacing any damaged bearers and weatherboards

Other
than the above, the requirements for Option B are the same for
you, the owner as Option A in regards
to the new site (refer to Steps 1 & 3 from Option
A).
COST TO SUPPLY AND RELOCATE A HOUSE - OPTION B:
This cost depends to a large extent on what KHR has had to
pay for the particular house. On average KHR charges
between $45,000 and $60,000 GST inclusive for the supply, relocation,
restumping, rejoining and reroofing (usually Colorbond iron)
of a 12sq weatherboard house to central / northern Victoria.
